Arrival + Parking
At your assigned opening seat by 8:30 AM · Follow FFSD Records signage
Arrival
Plan to be parked, inside the building, and at your assigned opening seat by 8:30 AM.
Allow sufficient time to park, enter the building, and follow FFSD Records signage to the opening gathering space.
Parking + Entry
Follow FFSD Records parking signs and onsite staff directions to the designated parking area and building entrance.
Check-In + Badge
No registration table · your badge waits at your assigned opening seat
Check-In
There is no separate registration table on Day Two.
Your badge will be waiting at your assigned opening seat.
Follow posted FFSD Records signage, locate your assigned seat, retrieve your badge, and remain there for the opening session.
Please wear your badge throughout Day Two.

Pair it with comfortable bottoms and supportive shoes appropriate for movement throughout the building.
Movement Note
Day Two may include substantial walking, standing, sitting, stairs, movement between floors, and possibly time outside.
Dress for comfort throughout the full production day.
Both floors of McCluer North may be used.
Layers are recommended for varying indoor temperatures.
Elevator and accessibility support will be available for leaders who need it.
Building Orientation
Both floors may be used · follow signage and onsite directions
Day Two may use multiple areas across both floors of McCluer North.
Follow FFSD Records signage and onsite directions.
Move promptly when released and remain aware of those moving through shared hallways and stairs.
